A: Treat it like a dandelion wish—keep it dry, avoid rough handling, and store it in its pouch (included with every order) away from direct sunlight.Q: Are your materials hypoallergenic?
A: Most of my materials are hypoallergenic. However, some metal components (like pendants) may be upcycled. If I am unsure of the metal used in a piece, it will say so on the item listing! Otherwise, I use nickel free stainless steel components to provide jewelry that won't tarnish or turn green but is still affordable. If you have any other requests or needs for your allergies, whisper to me on any of my socials or send me a message in a bottle through my email, and I’ll weave a solution!📦 Shipping & Sorcery 📦Q: How long until my order arrives?
A: Each piece is made to order by a single pair of hands (mine!). Allow 3–5 business days for crafting, plus shipping time. An email will be cast your way!Q: How do you protect the environment while shipping and packing?
A: I use recycled cardboard boxes and never plastic mailers to ship my products. Products will never be packaged with single-use components. I ship items under $20 packaged in a decorative drawstring pouch that can be used to store the item or for anything else you can think of! Items over $20 are shipped in a keepsake box that you can use for years to come. Additionally, I use dried flower 'confetti' in place of bubble wrap. After receiving your item, you can dispose of them since they are easily biodegradable. Or you can put them into your drawstring pouch to make a potpourri sachet. Etsy automatically offsets the carbon emissions from shipping but if I begin to sell on any other platforms, I will offset the shipping myself.Q: Do you offer international shipping?
